Old Rustler Magazines

Post by Greenhill1965 »

Does anyone have some old Rustler magazines (pre 1990) that they are happy to sell, or know of a good place to go to get some (other than ebay, of course)?

I wouldn't mind the complete collection, especially from the older era when the models were natural i.e. unshaved and hairy - I can't understand why sooooooo many models shave bare today - but I guess that's another story.

Cheers!

Quite a few of the magazines about late 70's to early 80's were good ... then they all succumbed to the self censorship under threats from Thatcher&Co. ... agreeing to any voluntary code in order to head off legislation is always a sure recipe for disaster and letting the government know they've won. That ruined what was the start of a decent porn industry and gave the con-men the foothold ... and it never really recovered. Combine the self imposed censorship with the VRA of 1984 and in terms of anything but a cottage industry, what had never really started was ended.

There are a few Rustler sites in the yahoo groups. They might be the best place to ask.
