Can anybody please give me an insight as to how good they are?

Are deliverytimes and communication good?

I would contact them and ask for their current catalogue, and special price lists. Do not order from the Web site, even FC says this in the catalogue!!!!!
Normal delivery is within a week, but have been waiting for two weeks now which is probably because of their Jan. sales.
I have been a customer for 20 years they are always good on replacing any damaged, or lost in post orders.

There are other issues though which are currently doing the rounds.....and you can see one a few posts below this.

I ordered from them about 5 years ago, before i got the net, always delivered for me on time. Normally takes 7 days. Dont order through there site, order through catalogue.

Just FYI, I agree that FC normally deliver fairly promptly ... however, I've now been waiting over three weeks for my last order to turn up. Hmmm ...
