The issue is one of licensing. If I could find a wealth of legal headshot content, there'd be more on the site.

I'm sorry you feel the lack of headshots severly impacts on its user friendliness.

IAFD (and rame.net) is a first class site. Keep it up, Jeff. I would agree with woodgnome that headshots would make it easier to use, but I totally appreciate your licensing problems too.
