Teresa Scott Videos - Help!!!

I ordered a video from www.teresa-scott.com and have never received anything from them, despite them cashing my cheque almost two months ago!!
Anyone had any experience with these people, or ever received anything from them? I would like to know, as I am considering taking action against them. Any advice would be most helpful, cheers.

As far as I know the vids always turn up - well mine have anyway - but you do have to wait a while sometimes.
Best just to send a stroppy email to get her to pull her finger out.
