Jackie Brown Slap Happy

Does anyone know anything about the film Slap Happy which featured Jackie Brown? Is this still available to buy on dvd or download? Searching google only comes up with the version from Extreme Associates which I doubt Jackie would appear in. Any help would be appreciated.
