Unfortunately it is not up to the companies concerned what they can show. The labour gorment backtracked on bringing us in line with europe. All the companies were geared up last year to go hard, and the gay god squad nonces at offcom who are happier to let us see children being blown up by american and british troups whilst we eat our tea, then let adults watch encrypted sex channels.
It's funny everybody likes to dig these channels but the biggest mark up for U.S producers is selling their stuff to cable channels.
Of course we would love to show hardcore so the fans get what they want at home.
But for minoews like myself there is nothing we can do about it.
As for the way TVX has gone recently I can not say as I am no longer with them.
