While browsing in WHS I noticed a magazine called Ministry, apparently aimed at 'clubbers', with a big article on the porn industry. Those featured included Omar Williams, who mentioned that he used a lot of models from the Czech Republic, because they were as beautiful as fashion models and 'very inexpensive', being willing to work all day for ?200.
A hint to porn producers: could you sometimes try not to sound like total cheapskates??

I would like to defend some of the producers in the U.K there are a few, that always pay well, and are a joy to work with. However I do believe that the girls and guys deserve a better fee.
Although I maybe shooting myself in the foot as a new producer,
I always pay as much as my budget allows, I am as a new producer on a very tight budget, and the U.K. hardcore models have been very kind to me, with there fees, all have been happy to work for the budget, and have been fantastic. I hope that when or if I climb the dizzy heights that some producers have, I will certainly be more generous on the budget.
I always try to give the girls and guys a thank you drink even if it is a quikie in the pub. I know for myself it meant alot to me at the end of a shoot to go for a beer with the producers, and be spoken to as a person.
So at the end of my rant. More money for the talent please.
