Buy an enema kit. You can sometimes get them from chemists. Don't have loadsa coffee or spicy food etc the day before. Empty the fluid out of the enema bottle and fuill it with warm water. Squeeze water up anus and hold in before pushing back out. Repeat until water becomes clear. She'll be clean as a whistle!
