FTP is File Transfer Protocol, basically, its a Direct way of transfering files tween 2 computers across the internet.

Ya need an FTP Client (a program to connect to my server).

Goto & look for Core FTP.

Download & install that, then I can give you access to my Server for the Holly James Vid, I can't find the Dani vid for the min.

Use the email addy from my profile, send me a request for the vid in an email, I will sort you with details to access.
