My concern, besides the obvious is how this proposed law came about.

This proposed law hasn't come about due to a request from the police, or after an indepth review by the government, to quote Vernon Coaker, undersecretary of state at the Home Office ?it (the government) was doing what a dozen special interest groups asked it to do.?

What happens when a dozen special interest groups find group sex, outdoor sex, pissing etc offensive ? !furious!
