They are good but I have had a few poor recordings from them. This is not the companies fault but usualy thier UK agents using crappy tapes. The telephone staff in Amsterdam are good and will sort out replacements if this happens. Its just a shame that they do not have more control over the type of cassettes and machines thier agents use. They make enough money to be able invest in quality duplication machines instead of ex-rental vcrs in thier agents front rooms. If anyone at Your Choice (Jay perhaps) is reading this maybe you could pass these comments on to Patricia and make a comment about it here. I like Your Choice because they are honest.
