Problem with uncovered.com

Hi guys, I know Anjali posts here - I hope someone can help me, I cannot log into Uncovered.com, or any of it's sites. I have e-mailed the support address & they just sent me my login details which I knew anyway. I have e-mailed them twice since but have not heard anything.
Any help of whom to contact would be appreciated.

Seems a strange one this, so I called up the guys at Netpond for you and told them to look into it ASAP...
Can you please email philk@netpond.com and give him your details and the email that you signed up to the sites on and he will deal with it..
