Just finished listening to the show. I thought it was quite good. It represented the good the bad and the ugly of porn and Isabel held her corner really well. Nice one girl...and Brandon irons was cool too. Goes to show that people in this industry can defend their choices intelligently and give reasoned answers for their actions.

I must check out some of Petra Joys movies. Not being horrible but she sounded like a jumped up feminist who got into movies because she was angry at men for the horrid films we men make. To date the only female film maker that I thought was making art of any kind was Catherine Breillat and she does do it well even though I dont really dig it but I understand it. I just want to see what real feminist porn is all about. Petra derides most of the stuff out there (like most producers do) in favour of hers being art which kind of makes her sound arrogant to me so she had better live up to her claims when I check her movie out.

Anyone like Petra Joys movies here? Is it really good stuff? I hear some blokes like it but thats not enough for me.

Excellent! I`ll have to give it a listen, if only to send it to an arsehole lawyer from America who got into an argument with me over how sleazy porn is and how the girls should all "better themselves by getting an education like he did", whilst asking if ladysonia.com was any good.

Porn being sleazy is what adds flavour to the whole thing. It appeals to that dark side of the brain that makes people slaves to their desires and addictions. Revel in it then get on with your lives.

Sophisticated porn is just a veneer to this to make people feel justified by it but it all has the same outcome.

As for bettering themselves with education, you'd be surprised how many academic achievers this industry has. I guess some peoples sex drives have superceded their career ambitions.
