Kathy Harcourt US Porn Star

Was Kathy American or a Brit abroad at the time?
I have a great film, LIPS, that features her in some great action, but her accent is so British, she says Arse instead of Ass, pronounces great words in the British manner like bastard and fuck.
IMDB says she was killed in New York in 1984, but no info where she was born.
Any ideas?

She definitely had a Northern English accent, but I've never seen her in anything other than American work. (First spotted by the way by an American contributor to these boards, Mike Johnson.)

I also have a note of her being British with a Northern English accent.

My notes also say that she died from drowning.
