Oh believe me I have aged. Just about everywhere. But I to always try to keep a smile on my face to try to cover the signs of ageing.
If you want my beauty tips. I swear by pure aloe vera kept in the fridge and put on my face when I remember to when I go to bed. Plus going to the gym as often as life allows me, and of course my dogs keep me feeling young.They make me laugh a lot and get me out in the woods in all kinds of weather. I am sure these are the main things that keep me feeling healthy.

I have tons of grey hair, but is a bit silvery rather than a grey mass.

Don't worry I am ageing I can't stop it, but to be honest I try to look good for my age rather than trying to look younger. This I find easier to achieve and makes more sense to me. (apart from that bloody pony tail I know it's a bit tragic that I still have it, but I just can't get rid of the long hair).

Actually Alice I have to correct you there, If you look at my latest weekend rampage series I am as lumpy as I ever was. The reason I lost so much weight was due to looking after four dogs two horses and a very sick girlfriend for about two years, plus getting knocked for a very large amount of money at the time.
However my body is back, it's just the hair we have to live with.

Aha that was about right, I was really under it back then. Just had so much going on something had to give. I suffer with holding my weight as I have previously stated on the BGAFD. I am quite a hyper nervous person so I seem to burn a lot of calories. I really struggle to keep weight on. When I used to compete body building, for me the easiest bit was the dieting, which for most was the hard bit.
But sometimes even keeping the training up and protein drinks and all other suppliments just get too much hassel to keep taking, so my weight drops again.

I love body building, however once again the doctoring has gone to extremes. Even though I am pro steroids, I still feel too many guys too young throw themselves in to competitions and this can be dangerous for young bodies and minds.
I have a mate, who completely re writes all the credible dieting books, the week before he competes stuffs himself on MacDonald's and junk food yet goes on stage with his skin like glass and his muscles full yet with no water or fat retention.

I trained for years before taking certain supplements purely because my physical make up would not allow me to get bigger no matter how hard I trained. But this has given me a good base and gave me time to learn and study my sport.

Going to the gym has been a life saving and changing experience for me. Plus not being the brightest spark in the engine, sometimes just counting to ten or twelve reps continuously can be relaxing in a monotonous way.

It's funny this week I have been so busy I have not had the time to eat properly or train so I feel like shit and won't look at myself in the mirror. Not that at my age I spend much time in front of the mirror, but the sad truth is my shallow porno stud ego is always there somewhere in my head.
