I've discussed this with my studio on many occassions and we get loads of girls who say they want to model but really have no clue what's involved. Most think it's just turning up at some studio and get a few pictures taken. However, it takes a little more effort and it seems a lot of girls can't be bothered with effort. Lets not talk about getting up at 6am to travel half the country, being on-time, make-up, certs, ECT.

There is a real lack of female models who want to do hard b/g (and not just with their B/F) at the moment. I can't see the situation changing much over the rest of the year.

The problem is that when I new girl does arrive most producers (like myself) want to shoot her while she is new....but every producer is in the boat. Can lead to an overkill of the same girl who then does not seem to be new.

Perhaps, if the film makers got around the country abit they would get more new faces.
lots of girls have to think of traveling and kids so shoots in london and bristol puts them off.
Also people arnt capitalising on the mass of 30+ girls and plus sizes out there, wanting to do porn

Too many girls from Prague for my liking. Used too have a huge amount of brit girls there when it first started. Great if you like your Euro girls though.

well i have to ad that when on shoot i am usually up at 4 on train at 6 n hopefully fingers crossed virgin trains does not let me down wit times lol, then work my arse of til we all fit to drop, then back on train hopefully no delays and usually back home for about 8 - 10 in evening!

i love it, makes me feel like done a days work! especially when doing extreme stuff n well earned my wage lol

it is hard and girls who are new or think they are gonna earn mega loads usually think it is a very glamourous job and unless u get good contacts straight away u have to work very very hard at getting the work in.

i love my job it's great gives me a chance to be my dirtyest and get paid lol!!!
