According to a discussion on this Forum during the week starting 17 November 2003 she had, at that time, retired and was living abroad.

I was with her a couple of years ago in her villa in Tenerife, but I think she is back in the U.K now long retired and settled in to a normal life. Katie is an angel and such a lovely lady out of work.
