I have no self esteam issue but i wasnt blessed with a chest, however i love the shape of mine there just not big enough.

so as yet undecided what to do but if i do go down the implant route it will because i want to have one.

I think that might be more to do with Laura's inherent popularity than
any publicity garnered from a 'hate-campaign' waged against her boob-job.
And only a very few said they hated the new puppies; there was a
