Dear all, thanks for your recent input. 2 NTSC tapes arrived today, and Play quality is excellent, tho' I can't get a good still and FF on Play is less than perfect.
This post is in case anyone else was wondering whether to order Stateside (delivery time 2 weeks, BTW).

I ordered two videos from excalibur films on 02/12/01 and got the first one yesterday.
The Customs sticker (Stateside) stated that it was a pre-recorded educational film!
NTSC format was fine on my 18 month old TV and Video but had the same problems for FF and Pause.
I'll advise if I don't get my other film in a couple of days.
