That is the first frame of the DivX movie in some browser versions IE and FF playing the DivX player you may see a black screen to part dissolved to full image. You tend to see that after the sampler has been played especially.

Working fine here and in the UK preview image is in place ok and linked see if anyone else sees an issue in either FF or IE on the page, the DivX player embed source code all looks healthy.

Just had a thought you do have the DivX web Player installed in IE and FF ?? The movies use the DivX web player, if you do not have this installed it will prompt you to add it to your browser.

Never assume the surfer is as bright as you are. I never saw the prompt, could be costing you.

Most have WMV as default.

Not when they're DivX movies they don't !!! your screen cap shows you were prompted for the plugin install as well.
