www.satellites.co.uk have several forums/message boards one of which is devoted to hardcore channels. If other people are having trouble its bound to be mentiomed there even though most of the posters seem to use pirate cards programed from their PCs rather than official ones. You could also try ringing the dealer who sold you the card.
