No Officer Dibble (your nickname is a sore point with me at the moment) they did not pick on me at random and as I stated in my original post the arrest had nowt to do with porn. It was a personal grudge I think because they could not find anything to charge me with and one of the pc`s remembered me from a drunken argument outside a pub. A case of sour grapes. And to be honest I did ask him how his application for CID had gone which wound him up. And because he had arrested me for argueing (breach of the peace , obstruction and whatever other crap they can come up with) he used his powers of search. He probably hoped he would find some drugs but he had to make do with a porn vid. I reckon I will get it back soon cos they will need a court order to destroy it and as we all know they are shit scared of a Court deciding that porn is not obscene so I think this particular copper just fancied a copy of the vid. He only looked about 22 and when he came to my flat he had no interest in searching cos he had already nabbed the vid. I just wish they had left my parents out of it because I left there years ago.

Agreed Enzo, but there was a lovely looking girl in the custody area (brown hair & blue eyes yummy) but she was not very impressed when they stuck Every Holes a Goal in the vcr. Very embarrassing.

Bunch of tossers magoo, but if that was all she was subjected to, then she
Got off relatively easily.

I?ve had friends picked up on bogus charges, had evidence planted on them
and one even ended up in hospital after spending a night in a police cell.

As you know by now once they have you in a cell all your so-called rights
Go out the window.

I agree Enzo. When I was 17 years old I got done for being drunk and not disorderly and the bastards gave me such a kicking that they broke my ankle. I never made a complaint but looking at the bruises I have now I am seriously considering it. Over the years I have let those cunts get away with all sorts including theft. I have spent many valuable hours locked up and yet I have never hurt another person. They hate being confronted by someone who has more brains than them so they throw the book at you. They never give us a break (except for bones) so why should we give them one. The bastards kicked my dog aswell. I bet if he had bit them they would have him killed. BASTARDS. Thank God there are some nice people around like Cathy Barry.
