Model Release Forms Abroad

While we're on the subject I'd like to know how this applies to photographs or video shot overseas. I'm intending to do some photography and possibly film work outside the UK for sale legitimately in the UK. I don't have one country in mind but possibilities include Brazil, Thailand, The Philipines and Japan. I may do some hardcore as well as softcore, if that country's laws allowed it.

Presumably a model release form in English would not suffice if the girl couldn't read English. I've seen plenty of pictures taken in hotel rooms in such places as Thailand in Asian Babes etc so getting legitimate status pictures can't be that difficult...can it?

To cover your arse, get 2 forms of ID (this is prove that they are over 18, not who they are!) one of which must be an official photo ID like a passport.
Then, if you are shooting girls who don't speak English, get your release forms translated into the language of the country that your in. (Your hotel should be able to recommend some one local who can do this for little or no money) Get the girl to sign both releases.
That covers everything you'll need to sell in this country or the USA.

Thanks. By getting ID I assume you mean I should take a photo of the girl holding her passport and so on.
