Poppy Morgan audio interview, have a listen...

I found this online, Poppy does this 26 minute interview by phone on a pornstar podcast. We learn that Poppy got into porn because "I wanted more stamps on my passport"; and that getting into porn is like a "Krypton Factor assault course". Poppy tells us that "there are no good fish'n'chip shops in London - all greasy", all the good ones "are up North, or in the coastal areas". Poppy likes to go clothes shopping and spent 5 hours buying a polka-dot dress; we also learn that Wales is in the Midlands, Poppy likes steak-and-kidney pies, and that she likes to go dancing in Brighton. Also in the USA you dont get paid for 2 weeks for starring in a porn film, and that sometimes Poppy is called Poopy. Put aside half an hour and have a listen. It is fun! I love Poppy's north-east accent:

An interesting interview. Shame there arent more audio or video interviews featuring UK porn chicks. This is something more common with US porn girls, quite a few of them do vid or audio chats apparently, and it would be good if it became more commonplace with our gals too.

You might find it a bit more substantial than just talk of chip shops and tittle tattle like that....You get the real meat about what it is to be inside the porn industry.

You might want to check out the guys as well as that is equally interesting and it doesnt mean your gay hearing the lads side either

Plus there are audio interviews with other aspects of the business too ie UKAPs meeting with three clinics to bring about an AIM database, the BBFC about their online scheme....

One funny bit in the interview is when Poppy says 'Porn Week' and the interviewer says 'Tom Waits, the singer?'. Poppy says 'no, Porn Week!'. Clearly the differnce in accents between the two brought about a few communication problems! lol!

rgb, cheers, I've seen that one before. Interesting what Poppy says about how her first inrodes into porn were when she was approached whilst on a fag break outside the restaurant where she worked, and covered in fish-goo!
