i like a lot of the british girls, and have run searches for them on bgafd. now that i know titles and production companies, i can't seem to find a way to obtain them, whether they're vhs or pal(i should be able to get a pal player on ebay, right?).anyway, any tips for an american werewolf in london?

Any VCR from Europe will be PAL. I think its only America and Japan who use NTSC. A lot of UK vcrs also play USA (ntsc) tapes aswell as pal so you can still watch your US stuff on it.

I would imagine they woul be compatible with a US tv. You could always email one of the big boys like Sony UK or JVC UK to ask.

A lot of brit stuff is available in the US on ntsc but by no means all.

If you look through the cine bizarre site -

and find one of their imported (to the USA) PAL VHS tapes or DVDs you will find a link which explains how you can play PAL tapes and DVDs on an American TV. It's a frame based site so it's dificult to give a direct link. I found an explanation of PAL DVDs and I'm assuming there might be stuff about PAL tapes too. Anyway, even the DVD info might help.

If you buy PAL material in the UK, I can copy it to NTSC for a nominal fee.

A lot of European stuff (dunno about Brit specially) is available in NY on NTSC.
