BTW, I used to have a job in the circus, circumcising elephants. The pay was terrible, but the tips were enormous.

About ?13 near as I can reckon (Danish Kronor: waiting Card statement), order form bit tricky tho' key words are similar and form much like others around. Question at end requires answer "Visa" (or whatever), I think.
