Tell her to try AdultWork, they do stop a third of what you earn but use it as a front to advertise your wares etc, when you get a customer copy the e-mail addy etc. Then contact them & get them to pay you by PayPal charging them a lesser rate than AW but with less percentage to pay you earn more & they pay less, do the same thing with web-cam as well.
If your friend is going to work for someone check them out & see if you can contact other girls that work for them etc, changing the subject some joker is going around asking new escorts to pay ?300 up front for 3 months advertising & can't even give them a URL to check out the site so beware of the low life scamming girls.
