Cancelled my subscription, and even tho I have paid up for the month, my access has been taken away, so effectivily I've paid good moeny for nothing.
Spent two weeks now trying to get an answer for them. Emails just bounce back, and I get no joy using the website either.
Know this has happened to others.
Seems the only way to get any help from them is to come on here and wash your dirty laundry in public
