Redhot help!

I?m a member of television x and red hot through sky and there for I should be able to get my free entry to the streaming sites. For a long time now I have been mailing red hot and Television x but not response. I can?t get on to red hot?s website. Can anyone help steer me in the right direction.

At what point do you get a problem? Have you got as far as entering your Sky card number?

I enter my sky card number and the rest of the info then enter, only for it to refresh the page with all the same info on the page.

Look underneath where you enter the Sky card number. Does it say "Record not found for CSN"? If it refreshes the page there should be a message of this sort.

yeah it does say that

OK that means it doesn't recognise your CSN (Sky Customer Service Number). That's your problem.

Your Sky Customer Service Number is given to you in your welcome letter. That's the number you enter.
