I ordered 3 dvds last year,they were stopped by customs and I received a letter from customs.If you pay for the insurance and fax them a copy of customs letter they send you a new order or refund you no problem.Havnt used them since

I've ordered about 15 single tapes from them in the past year, and had no real problems, but delivery time does vary. The longest delays are where the tape needs to be back-ordered, and some manufacturers are slow. Once the tape has been 'shipped', it may take between 8 days and 3 weeks in transit, probably depending in part on Customs delays.

i've used them quite a few times now, delivery is around 2 weeks but i have waited up to 1 month.
the dvd's are great with covers and are always well packaged just resentley i have ordered a few tapes which 2 have been faulty unfortunately their website has been down for the last couple of days.so havent been able to see if they will replace or not.
