After reading Welcome to Pornoland, I was left confused on the situation with un certified material. Does it or doe it need to be certified.

The DVD market works very well in most circumstances and if you know the market you are trying to operate. Like any industry or business. People who moan are simply not doing it right

DVD, I suppose; it's so far the most physically durable medium on the mass market.

This is why the trend to web-content is deplorable- great for the makers but
[where it's stream-only and thus not saveable/recordable] terrible for a consumer
who wants permanent material; like so much of our society porn is now becoming
ephemeral and disposable [or; even more than it always has been].
