Clips4Sale - C4Slive

Can anyone here explain:

Clips4Sale and C4Slive

I had 5 clips on Clips4Sale, and they are no longer there. The same 5 clips are now on C4Slive. While I can log into Clips4Sale, I cannot log into C4Slive ?

It appears Clips4Sale take it upon themselves to sell Clips on C4Slive. While users have control on their clips on Clips4Sale, they donot have control over clips on C4Slive. Having emailed the company, this is their reply:

'That function is not working in the admin area.' - Tom

'Send me a list of what you want removed and I'll have it removed for you. That function is not working in the admin area.' - Tom

Meaning users cannot delete their clips, which meaning having to email the company.

C4slive is the bit headed Membership when you log into the Admin area on clips4sale.

I can add/remove clips from my c4slive site.

I can also turn off c4slive if I wanted to. - I think I will be doing very soon as the quality of encoding when it converts the video is very poor.

I cannot log in to C4Slive, and have been told this is normal, as the option is not available (yet). Email is the only option to remove clips. So far, they have failed to do so (remove my clips).

It works fine for me. I can delete clips right now if I wanted to. Exactly the same as shinyvideos says.
