Just tried to join Hannah's website
Did all the usual - got my transaction and subscription numbers -input a username and password - the got this message
"This Account Is Not Setup for Ibill Remote Access Management"
I tried emailling the Customer srvice but no reply yet
anyone else had problems joining Hannah's site??

That is because it is yet to be set up. Speak to ibill about getting a refund. The site will be up and running in a couple of days.
When the site was loaded up there was probably approx two minutes where anyone could access the ibill section. If you want to hang on its up to you like I said it will be up and running in the next day or so.
