I have a big schnozz and I probably would look better if I had a nose job but it's the facial surgery getting things 'fixed' that there wasn't anything wrong with in the first place that ruins someone's looks. Michael Jackson syndrome.

as nasty's first post said its not just porn..its in real life as well. take the only way is essex girls...nearly all enhanced and one had her boob job written into last series with another commenting its nothing out of the ordinary,half the girls in essex have had it done.there's one in it aged 29 and one side of her face droops at times when had botox.
as for tattoos, someone commented all these lovely girls ruining themselves with "body art" they likened it to scribbling on the mona lisa with a felt tip pen.
as for best real ones in this biz always liked laura jones and cate harrington..i think cate's are real.
Also admire and like Angel Long, suzy best, natalia forrest renee richards and a few others for not having boob jobs.

regret to say i'm having a bit of a tirade against boob jobs and tattoo's. Just saw another post concerning Anna Lovato.. she's now doing b/g stuff but that good news is matched with the bad news that i'm sure i read she's getting a boob job this year..another one allowing themselves to be butchered.

There's a fine line between natural but beautifully presented and fake.

KatieK, when she first came on the scene was a natural, fresh faced girl. Now she has made the industry her full time profession she has started to present herself in a much more produced manner.

Her hair and make up are beautifully done (and perhaps Photoshopped as well) and there is an obvious attempt to capture interest beyond "the girl next door" market, probably with the intention of attracting a wider audience than that in the UK.

At present the presentation is still what you might expect if she had appeared on a Gok Wan or similar makeover show.

At this point, to my mind, she is still on the "natural" side of the line.

I'm hoping that, to make a living, she doesn't have to cross it, especially as she's bound to attract interest from the land of the rubber lips and cannonball chests.

Thanks for the comments! The thing with me is that I started in the industry when I had just turned 18 and I'm 23 now. I've always been experimental with my hair (when I first started in the industry I had 5 different colours in it!) so I always had the intentions of changing my hair style and colour but that is the only change I?ve made to my appearance other than my nails but again I?ve only done that because I like them and I like changing the different colours and patterns on them. Everything else that porn viewers might have think I?ve changed or enhanced I haven?t, it?s all just been natural face changes as I?ve gotten older. My face looked very very young when I first started, whereas now I look like a young woman as my face and body has developed that way. I am no longer the ?straight up and down? size 8 I was back then, I?m a size 10 with nice curves in mostly the right places My hair has naturally grown now to this length that you see in the images and I haven?t had any surgery whatsoever. I won?t be getting a boob job as I am very happy with my boobs and all the girls in the industry who I?ve spoken to who have had boob jobs have done it for personal reasons and not because of their jobs, which I admire them for! We?re in a world now where if we don?t like something, we can change it very efficiently... We can even lose weight nowadays through surgery! I don?t think that it?s just the industry as almost all of my personal friends are getting or have had boob jobs, almost every girl I know. I will only be getting a boob job when I?ve had children, but that is for personal reasons and I highly doubt I?ll be modelling then so I don?t think you?ll have to worry about that ;-p Like I said all changes other than my hair colour are just natural developments from going from a young teenager to a young woman and there?s no need to worry about any surgery taking place here. I already make a living from porn and I don't feel like I need a boob job or any surgery to make more money... I have a lot of american fans now who all like me because I'm different to anyone else out there. They love my accent and my natural look and of course, my boobs, but that's the sort of guy my look attracts. But as I said, I do admire the girls who have had surgery because it?s been for their own personal reasons. Take Lolly for example, she has always wanted a boob job but never had one for years because of what her fans had said about being natural and finally now she had decided to just go ahead with it for herself. If I really wanted something, I would go for it too.

There is a fifth reason, I can't say what without exposing my bias towards Northern girls, especially those from the correct side of the Pennines !wink!
