The key point for me is there are hndreds if not thousands of doctors worldwide who arent even qualified plastic surgeons doing these operations

Its more or less a self regulating industry

Thats why you get surgery outcomes that are not the best

The worst ones are overseas practitioners advertising dirt cheap surgical procedures as part of a holiday package

Its akin to the champagne botox parties but a hundred times more dangerous


I suspect there are a few who had enough money to get theirs done by a qualified plastic surgeon,didnt go overboard,that many of us cant spot but their the odd ones out.



As for tattoos and piercings.......attitude is far more important imho

Right attitude plus T & P over natural and not wanting to be there

Just saw this quote on a plastic surgery forum and instantly thought of this thread.

And this quote is from a mother, who's nothing to do with porn deciding what size to go to....

I think the ereason why peopl ein general go for cosmtic surgery is as we know, connfidence.

In other words people feel comfortable being something else they are not. Fake is a mask that those people prefer to hide behind.

I'm not sure that is a general rule but my observations lead me to believe this is most of the time

If that is what she wants it is not for us to question why.

The same applies to girls in the industry but here important that the girls realise that almost inevitably they will loose the interest of a sector of the market be that webcam / tv shows or modelling both directly for photographers and for producers wanting content to sell as there could be less demand for the content or the model no longer fits the required look.

I rather think it is.
One might legitimately take the position that such surgery is a form of 'assisted
self-harm' [not to mention symptomatic of dysmorphia] which thus raises questions
about the underlying psychology.
If we rephrase your statement as "... for us to require any self-justification"
then I'd be more likely to agree.... but I'd still probably make a waspish comment
about the proper limits of the licence given to the citizens of a democratic
society : -)
