Porn stars off set: what are the rules?

DAVE....You are one of the great all rounders of this biz....you can turn your
hand to stills, lighting, acting, stud work, camera and direction. If you say
you did bits of 2nd camera on that Caribbean trip - one of many trips upto
2002 you accompanied me on - then thats fine with me ! What made me
say what I did is the implication that you shot the movie ! Or most of it ! Or
all of it ! You know as well as I that the Private feature movies and the
Pirate series upto 2002 directed/line produced by myself were shot on
betacam/digi-beta by three cameramen only and most of the time it was the
german, Andreas Schiller, who didn`t much like his camera asst touching his
camera, never mind you. me or anyone else ! Your role, often assisting with
the lighting, being a grip, or doing behind-the-scenes, is well documented
and I remember those times with thankfulness and affection. lol.

Frank, I'm curious as to how many and which countries you visited when shooting for Private? I for one would have loved to have accompanied you on these exotic trips, like Dave had the good fortune to have done. Alas, I was dumped in the early days and went on to other things.

Perhaps you'd care to list. The locations?

"Dumped" ! Never my dear Mr Slip...you went on to even greater glory, from
being a lighting man, to the rich and award winning pornographer that you
are today. And having the foresight to get into the Internet several years
ago you live the life of riley as your own boss while I remain kow-towing to
clients as a humble director !!
But you ask about countries - its possible one has slipped my mind, but for
Private-only I have directed porn in: Sweden, France, Italy, Germany,
Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, US Virgin Islands, Saint Martin, Anguilla,
Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, USA and Brazil !!
That excludes the further 13 countries including Morocco, Saint Lucia and
Russia where I shot for many others....Mr Wells being present on many of
these trips !

No Dave, that is not what you say ! In your first blog - the one I replied to -
you clearly state "watch the scene on that dvd that I shot in their room".
This may well be a behind-the-scenes extra but you do not say so...hence
the clear inference, to anyone who does not know the facts, that you shot
the movie ! It was that implication that I took exception to and you can bleat
about it until the cows come home....However, now that you have clarified so
nicely what you did and did not do we can, I think, let the matter rest ! Lol.

Mr Wells - I have just written a hot and throat ripping riposte to your
being "dumped" but then I thought "Why bother !". Anyone who reads
these forums regularly will know that for sheer misery, low self-esteem and
ego problems you are in a league of your own. You wallow in this like a
wart hog in his mud pool. Despite it all, I will always have a soft spot for you.
The great delight is at your funeral (it will surely rain), you will be watching
(from heaven or hell I know not), and complaining there were too few
mourners, the flowers were crap and no one turned up from the fucking
British porn industry which you started in 1910 or something and which owes
you everything - etc etc !! Take care. I hope the beer at "The Strangler`s
Arms" or whatever the pub is called is good ! LOL.

It's called humour Bill and you're far to well educated to understand my gutteral sense of humour (in fact though you do know the only other person with the same who does understand it). I just love winding people like your good self up. It's like a sport now. You see I have nothing better to do all day now !

So to disect your repost - here goes :-

1). Misery, self esteem and ego etc. Well everyone who really knows me well knows I certainly don't have an ego. I leave that sort of stuff to the guy from south Kent (crytic) and others like him.
2). I won't be having a funeral. My instructions are throw me to the lions at Longleat !wink!
3). I'm an Atheist so won't be going to your heaven or your hell coz neither exist !
4). Don't want flowers just everybody in Man City scarfs !
5). I started in porn in 1983 after you I believe.
6). Do I believe the industry owes me, not really but someone with my 'great abiltites' as you say so yourself are surely wasted currently not being involved !
7). We are leaving the 'Stranglers Arms' (not the real name folks) next week because we've just worked for 9 months doing a minimum of 50 hours a week and not earned a penny, lost ?15,000 and cannot lose anymore because there's fuck all left !!
