The Avengers: now there's a can of wibbly worms waiting to be opened.
Say "The Avengers" to most Brits and they think of Steed, Emma Peel, umbrellas and bowler hats. Or misguided flop movies from 1998.
About 1% of the audience is going to be excited about a new movie called The Avengers, if it's got Iron Man in it or not.
Same with The New Avengers!

"Iron Man, Hulk, Captain American and friends have a big fight" would be a better title.
