Re: The Stocking Site
Don't see your problem. If you are paying by credit card, contact your card company, quote the vendor and the latest transaction reference numbers and put the payments into dispute from the time you cancelled. Tell the card company that you will not accept further charges and back up your call with a letter and copies of your email(s) to CCBill.
Obtain from CCBill an email stating the lack of record of subscription.
If paying by direct debit write to your bank with all of the above and instruct them (i.e. state in no uncertain terms) that they must not pay any further amounts on that debit. They may tell you they have no control as the system is an "automatic demand/pay system which can only be stopped by written instruction from you to the company issuing the demand.
In a case such as this, backed by evidence, such an attitude is bollocks. Threaten them with the banking Ombudsman if necessary and don't stop at branch level.
If you are still able to access but are not being charged, that's the site's problem.
