Well done that defendant for pleading not guilty. But I doubt if it will mean any relaxation of our ridiculous obscenity laws in the foreseeable future. We will have to rely on the good sense of juries to find for the defence if the authorities continue in their outdated persecution of adult material for adults, and those that provide or possess it.

Sounds to me that the juries are getting bored of all the porn cases that come before them.
