dimi, brummie, are you looking for specific titles?

I only ask because if you're based in the U.K., you can generally be assured that ordering from a company in the U.S. will take a bit longer. Plus there are customs concerns, etc.

I've heard of one U.S. company (not the one mentioned in this thread) taking up to 3 weeks to get things to customers in the U.K.

Is it that there's certain titles you have trouble finding on sites (like YourChoice.co.uk) that cater to the U.K. Is it price that's an issue, perhaps?

For the record, most of our items arrive within 3-5 working days to U.K. customers and are dispatched from within the U.K.

I won't lie, we'd love to have your business, but really this post is made more out of curiosity.

Your input would be greatly appreciated.

I did order specific titles. The company I ordered from state that they take around 5 days for DVDs to arrive. My original order had arrived from the USA in that time but it "got lost". I have had to get them to resend the order from the States. The titles were listed on the site and were "In Stock".

Hrmm. Either way, I'm sorry to hear things got mucked up. I won't slag them off, though. I don't know anything about those guys, and even the best companies have things get misplaced in the post.

I guess what really has me curious is *why* you chose to order from the USA when there are companies that cater specifically to the U.K.

I figure there are myriad reasons for this that may include pricing, selection, and unsavory experiences with more local companies.

Whatever the case may be, I hope you get it sorted out and you eventually get what you ordered.

Whether you're buying from us or someone else, I want everyone to have a good experience buying porn. While some people in the industry like to blame the nebulous ghost of piracy as the reason for dwindling sales, I'm more inclined to believe it's more a result of poor customer service and mediocre product- two things that Your Choice has avoided historically and can be pointed to as the reason we're still here after 25 years.

I ordered a dvd from Filthyadultdvd last week and it came in 4 days, they along with Your Choice and Simply Porn are far and away the best suppliers around, and are the only companies I would trust with my money.
