Looks like an over-zealous DA was trying to make a name for him/herself.......the assumption was probably that Butts would put up shut up. I doubt this has a chance against the 1st Amendment, even with the later rulings on the nature of 'obscenity'......how could hetero fisting be deemed obscene, while gay not?
Also, because the US porn biz is such a wealth-creator, I doubt that the Government would want this particular can of worms opened up again. The only people who will be for it are the Moral Majority, and they're already covered by State-specific anti-porn statutes.

I suggest that 'the Moral Majority" are, infact, 'the Moral Minority.' A relatively small (but powerful) band of fascist cranks, crackpots and hypocrites.

How many Bible thumping, back to basics bigots do you know out there in the real world? Exactly. Virtually none at all. The "Moral Majority" is a term coined by the mainstream media, much of which is own by the 'Moral Minority.' So no one gets to say on TV, or in the papers ? ?What fucking Moral Majority??

Agreed, Highly unlikely to make it through the supreme court.

The 'Cambria List' was ridculous - I mean, no facials? No black men-white women themes? Shuh.
