Rudebirds nipple twist banner query

At the end of many topics on this forum there is a banner ad for Rudebirds, a purple banner advert with an animated gif of a faceless brunette, with a pout and a tongue piercing, who is twisting her nipple, pulling it up and letting it fall with a bounce. Anyone any idea who this is or which film it's from?
It's hypnotic and I could watch it all day but want to see more.
