I think the simple answer is that they have almost become extinct, unmodified natural beauties that is.

Such a big shame too as its great to see a model/girl that is all natural and it's them that have now become unique.

Michelle Moist has tattoo's - As the original poster asked the question TOTALLY natural.
From looking at the photos of Samantha Bentley I've seen (never got to do a shoot) she has no tats or fake titties, so she possibly is 100%
