Michelle Thorne,ITV won't show XFactor audition

According to the Sport (so it must be true..) Michelle (aged 29) has tried out for the X Factor again but didn't get through the audition and ITV are not even showing the audition "because of her hardcore film past"*
Apparently Michelle gave them her rendition of the Whitney power ballad "I have nothing" .






* immediate cause for concern with that phrase as it worried me she's retired.

I thought they'd stopped showing the auditions anyway. The only reason to watch the pile of rubbish in the past was to see the unweeded out no -hopers; not that I am suggested Ms Thorne fitted that category.

ITV is run for the advertisers the 'shows' are purely incidental. The only place you'll see michelle or any other porn star is on jeremy kyle where they can be attacked.

Fully understand why Michelle did it, she is a great singer, a few years back she almost made it to the live shows, if she did make it to the live shows, regardless of whether she won or not she would financially be made for life.

At the same time I fully understand why ITV did not let her make it to the finals, Michelle Thorne is a pornstar, images of her getting fucked are all over the net, it would cause a lot of bad publicity to X Factor, and no business needs or wants that.

All pornstars should know that once they fuck on film those images are there for life, and as a result certain avenues (both work and personal) will close for them.

I am not saying it is right, but I am saying I can see why it has happened.
