hi I have joined this site hoping that someone would help me in setting up my own website.
really what i want to know is some of the legal stuff needed, it will only be a very small amatuer site with around 100 pics of 3/4 different girls that have consented to me taking pics of them but what i really want to know is am i allowed to put these pics on a site or do I need prove of age and paper work etc ?

If they are young girls the authorities would want I.D's if they came looking, you should have releases anyway but i can understand if you haven't worked in the in industry before.

Try to contact the models & ask them to send you photo id etc & see if they don't mind the use of their material.

For an 100 pics in wouldn't be advisable to make up a site as you need 1000's if its a pay site, if its not a pay site go to http://www.moonfruit.com as you can have a free site which has easy to understand instructions.

Make a profile on Adult work & sell you pics on there & you could also make up a photo C.D. & sell that on Adult Work.

sorry to be a pain but the girls in question are in there 20s so im assuming that the authorities are only looking for under 18 ? also what are releases and can yuo be more specific about photo id, do i take a photo copy of their driving licenses ?

Are you hoping to make money from your site? It's not worth the time and effort if the four girls aren't all famous celebrities.
