Is Triple X Castngs for real?

For more than a year now I've been following a twitter feed called Triple X Castings that appears to be a UK porn company. Recently though I realised that in the all the time I've been following them, they haven't posted anything but retweets of other peoples pics despite them mentioning multiple porn shoots per month. So my queston is: has any one ever met or worked with theses people? I say people because the account mentions multiple staff members at this supposed company. A porn co that doesn't post its own pics sounds so odd to me that I'm inclined to think it it's a troll ploy to get models to send pics. Nor does it have any of the other standard features of a real site/tog like a website, purestorm ec

I cant speak for the validity of triple x castings but I can speak for me as I hold my hand up guilty for retweeting other peoples pictures. It seems par for the course a promotional drive if you want people to find you and if interested, follow you back

Im not concerned with having loads of followers for appearances sake but genuine followers would be nice which is why I retweet pics that are not mine to get noticed it twitterville

I don't think he's complaining about them retweeting other peoples pictures. I think his point is that they ONLY retweet other peoples pictures and never tweet anything of their own.

trillery has got my point exactly. All the porn cos and togs I follow retweet other peoples pics. What makes this one stand out is that they often tweet about shoots or editing pics of un-named models, yet never tweet any of the pics. I once asked about the disparity and they mentioned something about a site in the works. When I asked again on FB today they just deleted the post. The website owners I asked both agreed that it looks suspicious

I only raised on here as I've read a few posts about scams targeted at new comers to the biz. The castings name in the twitter feed seems to suggest that it's aimed at this group.


If I'm wrong, my apologies for casting aspersions, but I'm yet to be convinced.

Given what I know versus what I dont know fills me with dread the way the business is going

Thing is, its always been like that but recently it seems to have magnified ten fold. It feels like the wild wild west out there for rip off merchants, noshows, time wasters, penny pinchers and you can tell when the working atmosphere is cold by how much suspicion you are met with and the attitude to go with it.

Looks like a portion of the industry are acting like dogs fighting over bones. It reflects on this forum too.

I can understand why the disparity due to lack of money. When its boom time this business and most people in it are actually quite cool
