When I click the reply button it says "The reply rate for this user is 14%"

I guess seeing a members response statistic is a feature for premium members only.

Generally as models will get some inappropriate enquires they sensibly ignore I wouldn't expect any to have a rate close to 100%.
A personal thought only but if the rate was above 75% I would think they replied to all serious enquires.
