Like an overinflated balloon covered with skin - no give, no bounce, and not quite human feeling - yeeuch.. WHY do they DO it???? I know in the US it's all about the 'dance' circuit, where porn stars can command big money, but over here I don't know anyone over the age of 14 who likes them.

My verdict, for what it's worth: some are usually unnoticeable (good), some look fake whatever the situation (v v bad). As to feel, depends partly on the size of implant, partly on surgical skill. I've never noticed a cold sensation from them, except in the sense of cold meaning impersonal.
Compensation for small tits: has anyone noticed that A-cup gals usually have the most amazing nipples?
