ID required please

I'm not quite 100% certain it's the same lady, more like 98% - in the photo she has a small(ish) tattoo which says R.J.R. (or possibly R.J.H.?). That area is covered in the vid so I can't clinch the ID in that way !sad!

I've no idea if she's a professional or maybe even an amateur: I really don't know anything at all about her and I'd be over the moon if someone, anyone could provide me with some info - a name, more material, links, etc.
