Have you seen too MUCH porn?

How do you know when you've seen enough porn?

No punchlines I'm afriad, I'm asking a genuine question. Is it when you become bored of standard 'same-old' stuff, or is that just bad porn? Is it when your interests turn towards more dubious, less moral sources for stimulation as the old ones don't seem to have the same effect any longer? Is it when you've seen so much you start figuring out ways you could do it better? Or can you 'never' see too much porn?

Sometimes I think I have, usually based on a) the amount of space i have to find to store it b) ordering more stuff more frequently . But then the same is true of music I buy (I think all of this relates to being a bloke). Then when I think about all the stuff I haven't even seen yet, all the girls I only know through photos and have yet to see in action, I wheel out the credit card again. I suppose with people like Hayley Russell, Georgette Neale etc the idea of just watching them fuck holds less and less interest these days and watching them in more extreme activities is kind of interesting. But thats because I like these girls, I'm not necessarily drawn to fetish type stuff per se, it would be just because I might want to see a particular performer go a bit further (a 'wee' bit further usually especially if its Wendy Taylor). I wouldn't gravitate towards 'extreme' because 'normal' porn has lost its power to arouse. If the girl(s) do it for me, I will watch them do it - and the good thing is there's so many of them! One thing I am clear about, I would rather sit and yawn my way through some routine wham bam vid than throw in my libidinal lot with the Max Hardcore's of this world.

Agree with most of this: porn, like any other pleasure, is subject to the law of Diminishing Returns.
But only up to a point: very few of us, I imagine, seek ever-nastier thrills to sate our jaded appetites.
The beauty of this is that you'll be FF-ing through a humdrum tape and suddenly catch sight of a stunning bod/personality/
face/scenario and think, well that's the old Life-affirmation for another day. Off to work the next day with a smile on yer fizog.
Will have to dump a lot of tapes soon, can't get through front door, and may end up on one of those nasty TV progs. Fame at last!!!

I've heard that said before - it's an interesting idea that all the crap porn isn't really porn at all, yet it is. The harsh reality is that there is an awful lot of bad porn around, and it isn't giving [real] porn a bad name, it IS porn's bad name!

No its not. Good porn and bad porn both have a bad name. People in general think porn is all bad. It stems from a Victorian belief that sex is shamefull.

Us fans know the difference between good and bad porn but most people think its all the same.

I think I must have seen too much because I fast forward through most of it and it rarely manages to arouse unless it contains one of my favourite stars.

One thing I personally have seen way to much of is the male stars
sweaty grimacing face just prior to the vinegar stroke.
I find this extremely annoying, and i must admit a huge turn off.
Peter North & other US actors seem to be the worst.
Lately I must admit that G/G scenes do more for me than having to watch all that grimacing shite.
